The information collected in the email is recorded in a computerized file by GECI International for the sole purpose of responding to your requests for information, questions and comments, and to fulfill your requests, based on our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiries.
The data marked with an asterisk in the questionnaire must be provided. Otherwise, we will be unable to respond to your request. The personal data collected (surname/first name/email address/any personal data voluntarily provided in the body of the message) will be disclosed only to the following recipients: members of the company’s staff involved in processing requests. Your data will not under any circumstances be transferred or transmitted to any other company than the GECI International Group.
They are retained on an active basis for as long as necessary to process the request correctly and will be deleted at the end of the period required or, by default, following a maximum of two years, unless there is a legal obligation to retain them or to protect the data controller from any legal action due to the content of the message.
