An aeronautical engineering graduate from Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, he founded the GECI International Group in 1980.
In 1980, he created GECI (Groupe d’Etudes et Conseils en Ingénierie) to enable industrial organizations to benefit from this expertise in new programming methods and new hardware integration. In line with GECI’s expansion and focus on developing its own products, in 1985 he founded the Company, which he has headed up since as its Chairman and CEO.
During FY 2022-23, Mr Bitboul held the following positions with the GECI International Group, which comprises GECI International, ALTONA International, EOLEN Group, EOLEN Finance, ALLIANCE SERVICES Plus, AMUNDIS, RISKALIS CONSULTING, GECI Cyber Solutions and GECI Intec (the Group).

Clara Otto has a Master’s II from Paris Dauphine University and graduated from Panthéon Assas University, Institut des Hautes Etudes Internationales and the Hague Academy of International Law.
She is Chief Financial Officer of the Research Chair in Philosophy, a non-profit academic, university and hospital association led by Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP) and Ecole Normale Supérieure. She is also a Partner in the consulting firm Alliance Révision (Luxembourg). She was previously an international tax specialist, focused in particular on business development projects, with Hoogewerf & Cie and Ernst & Young, after starting her career with Hub Institute.

A Supaero engineer, Jean-Noël Hardy also graduated from ESSEC and studied commercial law at Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne University. He has been honored with the title of Chevalier de la Légion d’honneur in France and has also received several titles in Brazil.
He was a member of the Audit Committee of Helibras, Airbus Helicopters’ Brazilian subsidiary, until 2019 and French Foreign Trade Advisor for nine years, in addition to more than eight years spent as one of the Directors of the Department of Industry and Defense for the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (FIESP). He is also a founding partner and executive of the consulting firm H3Partners and a partner in technological startups in São José dos Campos and São Paulo, focused in particular on the IoT sector. He is currently an elected member of the Board of Directors of the France-Brazil Chamber of Commerce (CCFB) and a member of the Board of Governors of The American Society of São Paulo.
Previously, he was Regional Director for Latin America at Astrium (which became Airbus Defence & Space), a Director of Equatorial Sistemas S.A. from 2009 to 2015, and CEO of Helibras from 2004 to 2009, when he signed a contract for 50 Caracal helicopters (€1.89 billion) with the Brazilian Ministry of Defense. Alongside this, he served on the Supervisory Board of the Brazilian Association of Defense and Security Materials Industries (ABIMDE). From 1975 to 2003, he held various technical, commercial and administrative positions in France and Brazil, with several high-tech companies, including GECI International, primarily in the aeronautics, space and defense sectors.

With his legal and management training, Mr Delage has held various senior executive positions with one of the leading mass retail groups.

With scientific then marketing training, Gérard Nicou specialized in the psychosociology and psychopathology of organizations. He was a managing partner of CITS Sarl from 1983 and deputy treasurer-director of an accredited management association. After retiring in 2007, Gérard Nicou continues to work as a social sciences researcher.
